How set up adicional mailbox folder in my IPad Mail

If you are using the POP mail protocol, then you can't do this. If you're using IMAP then you have to set up the folder structure on the email server using, say, webmail. The IMAP protocol will reflect on the iPad then the folder structure you've set up on the email server. There's no way to change it on the iPad itself.
