Help with foreign language spelling checker (Papiamentu)

Hi,
I have searched everywhere how to add a word list in a foreign language.
The language is: Papiamentu and it is used on a couple of Caribbean islands like Aruba, Curaçao, Bonaire and other islands.

When I write in that language I would like to have my spelling checked.
I have the official list of words that can be used for a spell check but don't have a clue how to do this.
Is there a way?

I am still looking for a way to create a custom word list to use for spelling checker on my iPad, but it seems that this is not really possible at this moment yet. Extensive search on the Internet and posting in various forums didn't really provide a solution.
