Forum needs a tutorial section

It would be great if a tutorial section could be added to the forum. For people to post good tutorials of many different things such as, how to's for, making a custome theme, making custom lockscreen, Zeppelins and stuff like that.
What do you think?

We already have a Tutorials & Guides sub-forum in the Hacking Section for precisely that reason...
We have a Themes section in there too!
