One of the biggest reasons why some execs over at Microsoft keep bashing the iPad is for its inability to create or just read Word, Excel or PowerPoint files. But this has only opened the door for ingenious developers to come with awesome iOS apps that will make up for the lack of products from the Microsoft Office suite. Slide Bureau is a such new application, which is described as a presentation and slideshow maker with professionally designed templates.
You will be able to choose from more than 150 professionally designed stunning templates which can be used by realtors, teachers, restaurant owners, students and just about anybody. The app comes with some really nice features, such as the ability to embed live data from the internet services, maps, videos, and images. When you are done creating your presentation, you can choose to present it on a web browser. You can publish a PDF version of your presentation to your Dropbox account or share a "live" link to your deck via social accounts or email.
Something that you won’t see in PowerPoint is the option that lets you control your presentation remotely from your iPad over the web with Slide Bureau's "Remote Control" feature. The app is free to download from iTunes, but it will also come with an yearly paid subscription. However, the first 10,000 people who will create a presentation in Slide Bureau will receive their first year of paid service completely free.
