File transfer program - non-jailbroken

Dear Colleagues:
Are there any reliable programs available (obviously from the Apple Store) that will allow you to transfer files from a Windows PC to an iPad. Something similar to mounting file shares where you can drag and drop files, FTP would also peak my interest. I am looking for something that works on a non-jailbroken iPad.

Goodreader from the apple store will allow you to upload many different types of files and read and edit them on the iPad or iPhone. You can upload them through iTunes. You can also use DropBox with Goodreader to sync file with your PC and other devices. Check it out on the app store. Just one example. FTP will work also.

I just installed the free version of MBDrive last night.
It allows you to wirelessly transfer (drag & drop) files to and from your iPad from any PC/Mac.
