If you go to Settings>General>Usage it will show you how much storage you have used and how much remains available. You will be shown a complete list of everything currently taking up space in your storage memory.

My storage said I have 5 gb total storage and I only have 31.5 mb available storage. This is really what makes me confuse coz how come it only said 5gb if I have 64 gb memory?

Go to settings - general - about. When you get there hold the lock button and press the home button then release. You will hear a sound. That is a screen shot being taken. Then post it here

"Totallylegit" is right about how to take a screenshot. When you go to "settings/general/about", what are the two numbers that you see at the top of the screen?

I think that the OP may be confusing iCloud storage with the built in storage on the iPad,especially when she mentions 5GB available storage.
Check out this screenshot.

I like your edited screenshot. What APP are you using to edit photos?
