Connect IPad 4 to Wi-Fi PC network

I am trying to connet an IPad 4 to my PC Wi-Fi and can't do so. Help??!!

I think I saw a blog article that China was already shipping and if it went out on the 30th, it would make it to Australia with no issues the next day. And remember it is already the 31st in Australia.

OP: you need to say more about what your problem is....What router are you using? Are you selecting the right network? Do you have a password for it?
