Hi, Sorin123! Welcome to iPF!

First of all, you'll have to turn off "Find my iPad" in Settings - iCloud, if it's enabled. Then delete the iCloud account. That done, go to Settings - General - Reset - Erase all content and settings. This will delete the former owner's information and logins. You can setup the iPad with your own Apple ID afterwards.

Hope that helps.
