iPad 2 factory reset and re jailbreak?

Looking to factory reset an iPad 2 as ive sold it only i want to return it to 6.1 and re jailbreak it if possible. Hows best to go about doing this?
If its not possible how best to do guys suggest cleaning it up so no important info can be seen by the buyer?

You can't factory reset that iPad and still keep it jail broken on iOS 6.1. The only way to factory reset is to restore it - and restoring it will put iOS 6.1.3 on, which is not jail breakable.

To get all your personal data off, the best thing I can think of is for you to run the tweak iLEX R.A.T. (option 12 as outlined here: http://www.ipadforums.net/showthread.php?t=107529). This will completely wipe the iPad of everything BUT the stock icons and the jail break. That should set it up so you can confidently send it on, knowing all your data is gone.
