Search for the email in your Inbox. It should appear after a few minutes. Maybe it was moved to Spam/Junk by your account. You should also take a look there.
Make sure you search for the email in the right email account, and also make sure that the address is written correctly (

Make sure the account is able to receive emails: send an email to it by yourself, if possible, or ask someone else to send an email to you.
On the website I posted above, resend the email.
You have to write the answers to your security questions exactly the way you entered them when you set them up (capital letters - space, ...).
