I've looked around quite a bit today on this, but haven't found an answer. Almost all of the searches turn up mostly "I can't play my iTunes". This is not type of problem. I am trying to authorize my computer in iTunes. I've got the latest version. Every time I try, I get the error "We could not complete your iTunes Store request. The network connection timed out. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, then try again." That happens immediately after I enter my ID and password, and I know they are both being entered correctly. I'm not exactly sure why the network connection would time out after just a couple of seconds. I've even gone through another try at fixing this where someone said to disable the iTunes Store and enable iTunes U (or whatever it is), then go back and enable the store again. That didn't help either. If it makes any difference, I'm running this on a PC. Here is the diagnostics result (omitting the CD/DVD part since I'm not worried about that at the moment): I don't know if there is any additional information you all might need.
