Cannot complete Aps update :(

I cannot seem to update my 'Aps' eg ITV player, Iplayer etc. I press update after entering my Apple ID etc, and the circle just goes around, and around, and around for hours!! HELP!

Have you tried deleting and re-installing the apps?

Another solution is to update them in iTunes on your computer, and sync them to your iPad afterwards.

To restart your device, hold its Home and Power buttons together until the Apple logo appears. Then try updating your app.
Make sure you don't have any paused downloads in other apps either, like the App Store or iTunes Store.
