I have had the Maglus Stylus from Applydea, for 11 months now. It was Absolutely Fantastic. Felt Great to Hold. Awesome to draw and write with, but now I can only use it for tapping the screen. The tip causes So Much Friction that I can't even use it to change the page in iBooks . I know styli like the Wacom Bamboo offer replacement tips, but Maglus does not... I don't even think the thing will come off.

Is there Any Way to fix / refinish the rubber tip so it glides like it did when it was new?? That thing cost me over $30. It would be a waste to throw it out after less than a year.

Wow you paid too much for that.
You can get the Maglus stylus plus a replacement nib for 24.95.
Definitely should have gotten the replacement deal.
I'm not sure how you can fix it though. :/
