Is there an App that includes an auto off count down timer for iPad such as that included in all iPhones?

If you are referring to the "Clock" app on the iPhone, then you will have to either buy or find one for free for the iPad in the App Store. I have no clue why Apple didn't include Clock on the iPad but it is a glaring omission that I hope they fix.
