Attachments (photos) to email

Still very new to the iPad experience.......is it possible to attach photos from the camera roll to an email?

Yes, you can either go to a picture from photos and go to the menu and say send email or you can copy it and paste it to an email you are composing. It doesn't attach it embeds it
