1. Due to the recent site upgrade, the iPadForums (iPF) App will no longer work. The new iPadForums.net website has been designed from the ground up to work perfectly from any mobile, tablet, or desktop computer using the built in internet browser. it depends what youre attaching but some of the files have the little arrow with "share" so you can send by email or I think you can copy/paste the files as well

You have to think opposite from what you are used to when using a computer. On the iPad, you have to be in the app (program) that is running the file. Then, you e-mail from within the app by selecting to (as Unleashed pointed out). It's not like a computer where the Mail program can/does dip into a file storage area to select a document.

Takes a bit of getting used to, but that's the way iOS and Apple roll (it's for security reasons).

    Hope this clarifies.
