AT&T now allows Facetime over 3G!

I haden't checked in a few months, but now I am able to make Facetime calls over 3G without changing my plan!

Does this have anything to do with IOS 7, or just a new AT&T policy?

I saw this article when it came out, but it took AT&T a long time to roll this out to my account.
