    I went to iPad user guide but then cannot even figure out how to download it to my iPad.

    Press on the link below to the manuals, select the manual you want and when it loads press it near the top right and it will show Open in IBooks, there are other options depending on what apps you already have. Select open in iBooks and it will download there. You do have iBooks, better download it if that's you where you want to keep it. Hope this helps.

    I am glad to have found this group. I love my IPad but am having connection issues as I travel. Hopefully I can find some helpful ideas here.
