    Hi all

Does anyone know an app whereby I can create a template, keep it on the iPad and a user can use it over and over Gain but also capture a signature, then email it to the office please?

It's really mostly for using a pen and writing on the iPad

    Hi Babypink--

    Have you tried PDF Forms?

This was free for a limited time so I grabbed it for filling out audit forms. It works fairly well and serves its purpose. You can fill forms out, sign your name etc. I'm sure there are others out there, however, I have not tried to give your review. Have a look at this one.
