4s issues

My phone keeps locking up ? If I leave my phone and it goes into sleep mode whilst I'm not using it ie the screen goes black and then wakes when it rings or you touch it etc...
Mine won't wake up ??
The screen stays black, so having to hold the on/off button and round button for 10 seconds and it's resetting it... But can't keep doing this... Any suggestions ???
