4.2 Firmware

Hey, this is my first post and this looks like a great forum. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if greenpois0n will work on 4.2 firmware? Not 4.2.1 but just 4.2 A friend of mine wants me to jailbreak his iPod touch 4g and that's the firmware version he said he has. Can anyone help?

There isn't a 4.2 jb, at least all that I know of are for 4.2.1.

If your friend can wait a few more days, then he/she could wait for the 4.3.1. untethered jailbreak to come out.
