3G iPad2 - Unable to Tether/Hotspot

Anyone know why I'd not be able to connect to my HTC Android Incredible 3g Hotspot?

Nevermind

Guess iPad was just having a bad moment. I've only had it for couple days so I wasn't sure it would allow me to tether. It's working now. Thanks for replying.
