Zagat to go not functioning

Purchased zagat to go for ipad. Apparently not ready yet. Emailed the company, no response after 2 days.

Wow, i know i won't be purchasing anything from that company.

Make sure you send them an email with a link to this thread so they realize they need to take care of this.

I've checked on your ticket that was posted yesterday and made sure that it was responded to.

So far I have only been able to locate that ticket, which was created from an email sent last evening. Was the ticket that you submitted two days ago sent via our support site? If so, please let me know and I will investigate as to why that one has not yet been responded to.
