Yoga apps

Hello all,

I was recently injured at work and broke my leg and hyper extended my elbow, and now I'm on the mend but I need to stretch everything out. I was wondering if anyone has used any yoga apps and had positive results with them. I'm really stiff even before the accident I wasn't all that limber. So I was just asking pple here if they have used their iPads for yoga and know of any good apps.

Hi Nicozuna...

I started with this App, Yoga free for iPad: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/yoga-free-for-ipad/id391991796?mt=8...I did like it for the pictures and descriptions of the poses. It allows you to create your own set of moves into a yoga program that you could do each day, but for some reason it sometime crashed on me.

I have just downloaded this one and it seems to have the same descriptors and nice pictures. I haven't used it quite as much yet, but the reviews are good. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/simply-yoga-free/id413817051?mt=8

Sorry about your injury and hope that you are recovering. Do be careful with over stretching, particularly when you are on the mends. Wouldn't want you to re-injure yourself. Good luck!
