Work related App. Please help ...

Guys, I need an app where I can enter customers and job details. I have purchased a few and downloaded a few freebies but they don't do what I need.
This is, in a nutshell, what I need to enter and keep:

• Date
• Client's Name, Phone and address.
• Short job/work description
• (optional) Ability to text or email from within.

I'm pretty sure that Evernote will do exactly what you are looking for. Bonus here is that it's free.
