[h=1]When using imessage on my iPad how do I clear the right side of the screen so no messages are shown?[/h]I know this is possible because i've done it by accident. When I go on my ipad and click the imessage app the screen is split into 2 sides. On the left it shows phone numbers and the first line of the message to the person I was messaging. On the right it usually shows the full chat message so I can respond and view entire convo. How do I clear the right side so it doesn't show anything?

Hi, michelleg46! Welcome to iPF!

To delete messages in the iMessage app, tap one of the messages there and hold it, which will cause this to appear:

Choose "More", check mark all the messages you want to delete, then tap here:

Or tap "Delete all" - see upper left of my screenshot.

Or you can swipe-left the phone number on the left column to delete the entire conversation; but you'll have to start a new conversation and enter the recipient again.
