Yes, just like an iPod. You do it in iTunes.

I haven't named it yet but I should call it "The Lifesaver." It has kept grumpy children happy with apps, Netflix, etc... I also use it so I don't yell at my husband while he drives.

Hey, Sorry for cutting in, but I was wondering how to Rename the left corner name which is by default "iPad". I've seen some people change it to their likings. Thx in advance.

Mine is named Ave Sophia, in reverence of the Gnostic goddess/Aeon, Sophia (Wisdom). As I write often on the subject of Gnosticism, and I bought the iPad to aid me in writing when I'm out and about, I find it appropriate.
