What's new

What are you guys doing right NOW??? ;)

I'm passing up sand and desert brush at 65 mph (I think about 104 kph) and watching the sun starting to set over the mountains in front of us.

No, I'm not driving, I'm in the commuter van and have a moment or two of coverage.

Just got back. It was a good day for walking. Including a walk to Subways this morning, the planned walk, and another mile walk with the dog afterwards I got in over 8 miles.

Wow! That's almost 13 km. How long did the walk take?

Wow that is a long walk, Mikel. I bet your dog loved it

It was short, but lovely. I was a little late, so I only had half an hour until I had to quit because it was getting dark.

Yours is great, better than mine. :-) I needed a second glance to recognize you. :D
Mine is a screenshot from Pages.

2hr 50m walking for the entire day. The longest walk was about 2hr. I don't push myself much, and the parts with the dog involves a lot of bush inspection.

Gypsy only walked about a mile, the last walk. The most she walks in a day is about three miles, and never two days in a row at that distance, or I start to worry about the pads on her feet wearing too thin.

Not even 3 hours for that distance doesn't sound like not pushing yourself much, especially when I think of the mile with Gypsy, which should take longer than the rest.

Like Hayley, I supposed that Gypsy would accompany you.

When we were younger we went cycling with our collie and when we got back his poor paws were all sore. So I know exactly what you mean. Dogs don't complain, they just follow blindly. It's the difference between cats and dogs. Dogs do, cats allow us to think they do
