Just finished watching the season finale of Once Upon a Time! Love that show!!

I think a "viral smile" makes more sense if the idea is to describe a smile that's catching or spreadable.

I'm thinking "a contagious smile" is the phrase I've heard.

Just went through a cancer situation in my family and it's not possible to associate that word with anything positive, even a smile.
