I got my iPhone replaced under AppleCare+ and am now updating and restoring the replacement iPhone.

The touch screen quit working. Apparently, from what I read, it's a well known issue with the iPhone 6 Plus.

Didn't know that. Of course I broke my screen about a year in, so there's less wear on mine.

I believe the problem was a malfunctioning connector on the logic board.

Sitting on the front porch of tonight's lodging, a cabin south of Creede, Colorado. We're spending a week or two in the Rocky Mountains with no planned route or destination, just soaking up scenery, in our umpteenth road trip through the state. Last night's cabin was on the Arkansas River, this one's on the Rio Grande.

It's a rotten job, but someone has to do it.

Does ANYONE go to a Riders game and not wear green?

I am finally home after two weeks on the road. I dread to think how many hours I've worked over the last couple of weeks. I'm exhausted. So, I have a case of Grolsch in front of me, and I'm listening to Abba's "The Visitors".

If you look real closely you can see a few supporters of the opposing team, lost in a sea of green. Taylor Field is one of the loudest stadiums in the CFL. Noise levels on the field when the opposition is in possession make any sort of vocal communication by the quarterback impossible.

Awesome. I watched the Riders play in Edmonton a few years back. I noticed one of the Rider's fans had the slogan "We Bleed Green" on a flag the size of which wouldn't have looked out of place at a Husky truckstop.

That's why the Riders sell more team merchandise than the rest of the league combined. Only the Maple Leafs and Canadiens sell more team merchandise. The Rider Store alone, in some years, has had more revenue than some entire CFL teams.

Just working out why the gmail app opens Chrome again, the option to select which browser is back.
But that should not be possible without an update, there wasn't one. Totally confused
