What's new

What are you guys doing right NOW??? ;)

I think the conventional wisdom must be that if it tastes foul, breaks your teeth and hurts your jaw it must be good for you.

Have a good day, all. I'm starting work.

Have a good one!

I think it might help if I ran over this granola with my car a few times.

That's an almost familiar sight. Our Alps look the same when most of the snow's gone.

Glad you all like the photograph. It's good to be able to share it. Amazing to think that photograph has been seen on three continents. It used to take longer to get them developed.

That's a post card. :D

The whole trip was a postcard. It was good to see green grass and trees with leaves on them. I'd almost forgotten what it looks like.

This is in Kamloops. That is one long hill. I hate to think what speed you would be doing if you had to use that runaway lane.

That's a nice piece of machinery, ski. I can see you are all proud of it in your organisation. So have you applied for a helicopter pilot's licence yet:)

Thanks, Andrew!! That helicopter is really cool, but I'll leave it to the experts to fly it! I'm best on the ground! :)

I'm trying new granola, which is unfortunately like eating mouthfuls of gravel. It's hard to tell with granola -- some are relatively tender and some aren't, and often you buy a box or bag and don't know till you're eating.

Sometimes granola is so disappointing in flavor. It's almost like you have to buy the granola with chocolate chips or raisins with it to make it taste good! :)

Loved the Canadian Rockies! Nice pic, Kevin!

I know what you mean. Why the heck am I eating granola when I could be eating chocolate?!

This is how my mind works -- wandering fashion: I read Kevin's post about the Canadian Rockies, then thought about Tim Horton's and now crave its treats, and then I thought about eating well in Canada and now crave some poutine.
