I bought the 64GB white wifi mini. I live in Canada and the stores aren't closed today. Our Thanksgiving was a month ago.

You don't notice the lower screen resolution at all unless you get quite close to the screen. The screen is nowhere near as bad as some people would like you to believe. Although it has the same pixel count as the iPad 2, the screen actually appears sharper because the smaller screen means that each individual pixel is smaller.

Someday, he'll grow up to be an iPad 4, then it will be time to let go and watch as he goes off to iTunes University. I can't wait until graduation when he'll come back as a MacBook Pro.
