Oh dear god! It's the most amazing sci fi British program ever! I'm biased of course but it's about a man(alien of course but looks like us) who travels around in this telephone box which is a spaceship and he tries to help out humans and other life forms, not always getting it right. No-one knows his real name but call him a doctor. I'm sure someone else will tell you the ns and outs but that is it in a nutshell. YouTube will show you what I mean.

We don't know why your credit card was declined. It could be anything from an expired card to an available balance of $0.00. Have you checked your account to make sure there is sufficient available balance and that the expiration date hasn't passed?
