as we all know each store may have apps available only for that country

that you may know what are the apps available only in the USA store?

I know some such as:

Quora

Civilization game

Spotify

The Daily
Discovery HD, ABC Player, Netflix
any others?

Netflix and Spotify are available outside of the U.S. app store and don't belong on your list.

Yes, but you're misinforming people if you put two apps on your list that actually are sold in more than the U.S. store.
