Wallpaper

I'm trying to use a photo for my wallpaper but it's to big. When I try to move and scale it keeps returning to its original size. I can't get it to stick. Any help is appreciated.

Hello - first provide some information, i.e. what iPad do you own & what iOS do you have installed? If you are running iOS 7, wallpapers have been problematic, especially in switching between a portrait and a horizontal position (i.e. the images may not be adjusted correctly) - for starters, check out This LINK - let us know if this helps; if not, please post back to this thread for further advice.
