Video editor for original music

Is there an app that lets you use your own music and play it over photos or video? I would like to use original music and do some photo themes to go along with it. So far I haven't seen anything that lets you do it i Ipad.

I have seen a few of these types of apps in my travels in the App Store.

Thanks, It looks good for stills, but if I wanted to insert some video, It might not go. I added it to my wish list in case I don't find a mix of video and stills with music insertion too.

iMovie will do it.

The trick is getting your original music into the Music app first, so iMovie can see it. This is done using iTunes on a computer to first import the track, then sync it to the iPad.

I was wondering about finding/buying a DVD version of a VHS music video I had in the ’90’s, anyway of knowing it will have the video's and not just the music?
