Hi
I am looking for an app that can take a recording and then play back the recording at:
- Normal speed
- Slow motion
- Frame by frame (it would be perfect if it was possible to play frame by frame by tapping the screen).

I will use this in the video analysis of technique in cross country, so it is essential that the video recording must be played in the three categories mentioned above immediately.

Any suggests?

A search for Slow Motion in the App Store had several hits. The first one, UberSense appears to be exactly what you want, and the reviews look promising. It also appears to free for a limited time.
