Using iPads for Workplace Training

Hello everyone,
I am a workplace trainer. My employer is looking at introducing iPads for company induction/onboarding training, and possibly upskilling.
I am working on a research project- looking into how effective the use of iPads could be for adult learning in a classroom.

I've found a lot of info about trials being done in schools, but not much about companies using iPads, and how effective their use has been.

Any information or links you could provide me would be very useful.
If you are a trainer or have used an iPad as a trainee I would be very interested in hearing your story.

Depending on how much business you can give Apple, they might work directly with you on business uses. They've been doing that with some Fortune 500 companies, but I doubt much of the info will be divulged publicly, for competitive reasons. If you think your company might qualify, you might try contacting Apple directly.

If we need it is compulsory to use the ipad for our workplace training then we use it otherwise try to less usage of ipad.It is used in many developed organization and other small companies also. Most of the training institution or training place provides ipad because learning through ipad is some what more attractive and useful than without using ipad learning. Visualizing effects through learning is good and it is also including as a technical training period.
