Using Ipad abroad

hi there you clever lot! I live in Spain but am British and very much enjoy watching some UK tv. I would like to use some of the great apps such as Iplayer etc but they know where I am and I am blocked! hat is the best way around this please? I have a proxy server (Tunnelblick) for my Apple Mac but I can't get this to work on my ipad too. Do I need to buy another one for the ipad? I have my daughters IP address but guess it is not as simple as that!
