upgrading 4.3.5 to 6.1

I just a a ipad 2 back from the insurance company and its currently running version 4.3.5.

Is there a way to upgrade it to 6.1 or 6.1.2 so i can jailbreak it?

I'm sorry, but the only iOS version you can upgrade to is iOS 6.1.3.
