tv shows do not play

Hi and Help, my Ipad 2 will not play tv shows downloaded from the app store, there must be a simple fix for this but I cannot find it.

The symptoms?

But first, try restarting the iPad and see if that helps.

Restart: Hold down the power button until the power off slider appears. Slide it off. When the iPad finishes shutting down, hold down the power button again until the Apple logo appears.
