I gt an error message when I tried to do this before so sorry if this is a dup. I am a new iPad user (my first Apple
Product) - I am part of the retired grey- haired brigade who are eagerly learning as much as possible about these great devices and apps. I have used PCs for many years but problem solving is not intuitive for me. I can use all the help I can get.

There is lots of good advice and info on here plus plenty of members all too willing to help with any problems.

Remember, search is your friend.
