Transferring to new iPad

How do I transfer everything from my iPad over to a new iPad?

Connect to a computer and then connect the new one? What about apps purchased?

The easiest way is to back up the first iPad to the Apple iCloud (found in iCloud Settings) and then use this backup to set up your new iPad. It works over WiFi.

Both iTunes and iCloud backups will work but restoring from an iTunes backup can take much less time because things like music and video content are transferred from the iTunes library on your computer, not downloaded from the cloud.
