SBSettings offers a toggle button for wifi, and it is free.

Also has toggle buttons for 3G, BT, a slider for screen brightness, and some other features.

SBSettings is great...it toggles wifi, brightness, there is a calculator widget, a quick note pad, respring...and many other things you can add later...and the best part is, it runs in the BG and can be called from inside apps!

Not in SBSettings, and I haven't heard of any other app that allows for changing networks. So I think the only way is through Settings->Wi-Fi.

Is there anyway to force a manual connect to a specific network?

I.e. If I forget my secondary network in settings,it will start auto connecting again after 1 manual connection.is there anyway to make it only connect manually every time?
