Timing Out

Every time I attempt to download iOS 5 to my iPad 2, it takes about four minutes to download. Then at the end of that time I get a message that it's "processing a file". About two minutes after that, I get a message that tells me that the server has timed out. Can anyone tell me what's going on and what to do about it?

Hello - if not already reviewed, you might want to checkout the excellent post put together by one of the mods, Rich - HERE - if still a problem, please post back and good luck! I did the upgrade this morning w/o a problem (SIGH!) -
