It’s not the first time I’ve come across this. I bought an OMRON blood pressure monitor a while back and I thought the other day that it would be good to share the data with the Apple Health app. Apparently this is easily done within the OMRON app on my iPad, which is the device I use when I take blood pressure readings. Except the option isn’t available in the iPad version of the app. Downloading, logging in and opening the app on my iPhone and the option magically appears. 
The data is now shared with the health app on my iPhone but NOT on my iPad.
