Hi I have not been able to go for three weeks it loads half way then get I hight pitch sound and then won't load any more has any one else had the same trouble I don't know how to get to the people who could fix it xx. Please help

Anyone having troubles downloading updates for this? It just shown up within the last hour and it wont let me past 43/47 62.7/70 something. It just crashes, i have already done a reset on the ipad to rule that out, but its still having issues.
