Today at work i been offered £200 for my ipad 1, needless to say i am tempted to sell it, put £200 of my own and get a new ipad 3. I told the buyer to wait till the new one comes out this friday and take it from there. I checked ebay after i got this offer and it seems like £200 is a okay price but not the best. What do u all thein ?

Impatience can be a costly weakness . The mentality shown is so similar to those who pay hugely inflated prices to ticket touts..

Exactly my feelings, just don't see the reason or necessity why anyone would pay do much inflated price to get something say 1 month early

Btw I am at the apple store now in regent street and people have started to camp out for the iPad 3. I spoke to them, 1 wants to sell his space, and the 1st person started to camp since Saturday.

That's Zohaib and Ali, they will be the 1st and 2nd buyers of the iPad 3 this Friday just after 8am. I know Steve Wozniak also camps out, bet he will be up all night at the Lis Gatos apple store for the Friday opening
