There are 2 - 3 by that name. I went for the one with the icons heaped up bottom left of screen. The programme icon has a mid grey background.

I am ashamed to admit this but my 13 year old did it for me but I'm sure when you add the app it will appear and you go into general-international keyboard and you add it there! Help if it's wrong!

Look at the first clue I gave. Mind you, I'm not sure about BT keyboards. Use the control key in conjunction with the shift key.

Jeff, the iPad keyboard has a button down on the left two in from the .?123 button with a world symbol on it and I press that and it takes me into emoji. I wouldn't be able to remember all the different symbols off by heart. Kids know them but I can't be bothered!
