Tagging Photos

I want an app that will allow me to tag photos with descriptions as I take them. I would like it to work like this: I take a photo and a screen or little note thing pops up for me to describe the photo. Does that exist?

Really surprised there is not such an app. Guess I stumped the band.

I'd be surprised if such an app did not exist, but it not something I've had much interest in.

The only apps I can think of that sort of do what you want are Skitch, Instagram, and A+ Signature. I'm not sure you can take a picture directly from the last one: don't own it.

There are bound to be others, though finding them may take a bit of digging.
